- 货物一经送出，任何在运输过程中可能导致货物不见，或损坏，所发生的错误或意外，我们一概不负责。
- 客户有责任仔细的填写每一个认购表格里的所需资料，尽管如此，为确保客户的利益，我们在送出货物之前会重新确认资料以防有误。
- 所有售出的货物我们将不再负任何责任。
- 货物的真实色彩可能与网页的货物照片有差，我们已经注明了实际的货物颜色，请仔细参考
- 若货物不足或缺货，我们将会全数退还客户所付的款额。认购前请确认货物是否还有存货。
- 客户呈交错误的认购表格（包括遗漏资料，错误联络，不存在货物编号，缺货颜色或尺寸），我们将直接取消该认购，请注意。
- 自然因素，海关清货或其他预料之外的情况可能导致货物延迟交送。我们会在取得货物的第一时间送出货物，请客户耐心等待。
- 对于货品的色差，没有想象中的漂亮，太大，太小，品质没有想象中的好，不喜欢货品的颜色之类的投诉，我们一概不负责。
- 确认订购并缴清款额之后，任何认购的取消将不受理。
- TVOB时尚网店团队，有权在未预先通知的情况下，更改及增删以上条例内容。

- All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Detailed description of each and every available item is clearly listed, please be referred.
- All items are only delivered after the total specified payment is received from the customer.
- Once we have sent out the item/s to customers, we will not be responsible for any circumstances that may affect a successful delivery of the item/s into your hand.
- Customers have the full responsibility to carefully fill up every required detail, however we will again verify that the details are correct before delivery is arranged.
- All items sold are no longer within our responsibility.
- Actual colour of all items may slightly vary from the displayed picture, however the colour of all items are stated accordingly.
- All payment will be refunded to customer if the item/s is/are out of stock. Please confirm that an item is available before placing order.
- Submitting a false order form (missing details, incorrect contact, invalid item, or unavailable size or colour) will result in purchase cancellation. Please be informed.
- Item shipping might be delayed or postponed due to natural disturbances, customs clearance and other unpredictable circumstances. Please be patient as we will send out the items at once upon receiving it.
- We will not respond to complaints such as colour differences, not as nice as imagined, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagined, don’t like the color and etc.
- Once an order has been confirmed and payment is cleared, it is not to be cancelled.
- Tanoshi Vogue Admin reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
